Reviews and Ratings
The hotel location is exceptional, just a short walk from Macrossan Street with proximity to all restaurants, shops, and cafes. The rooms, although small and not extraordinary, come with good amenities. The service, while friendly and helpful, could use a touch more enthusiasm. The dining options are varied but can be slow at times. Overall, a great spot in fabulous Port Douglas.
I felt like I was treated like royalty at this hotel. The rooms were so comfortable and stylish, perfect for preparing for a wedding. However, I did experience a bit of a mix-up with the receptionist. The service was exceptional, especially the friendly receptionist. The location was a dream, close to all the shops and restaurants I could wish for in Port Douglas. The dining experience had its moments of chaos, but the homemade bread was a delight. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything one could need for a pleasant stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were spacious, with a nice view of the pool, although we had an issue with the cleaning staff leaving our door open. The service was friendly and helpful, but cleanliness was a concern. The location was excellent, close to the Main Street and the beach, but the high price didn't seem entirely justified. The dining options were fresh and delicious, with plenty of choices, despite some construction noise. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel's location is great, being very close to Four Mile Beach, the marina, and the main shopping area. The rooms were large, but I expected a bit more in terms of modernity. The service was fantastic, with super friendly and accommodating staff. The dining was fresh and delicious, although it seemed a bit expensive. The facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.
